***WARNING! Long entry!*** The “Just Suppose” Fact or Fiction Factor with the IndyMacBank Collapse
Just suppose for a moment I am working on a piece of fiction in which the main character is a virtual thief. He enjoys the thrill of stealing people’s money while resting comfortably on his couch. Since he knows how to jump in and out of various secret holes and patches found in virtully every type of interface being used as a part of the WordChain GalaxySegway that tips the tills only in his favor.
First, he builds himself a collection of useable templates, drawning from the pool of unsuspecting individuals who post their designs for free, with the hopes of attracting future clientel for their artistic endeavors. Similarity in pubic identity won’t matter to him, because he knows he’ll be able to flatten his virtual existence with a matter of a few keystrokes. It’s his own special Kill Switch only he knew how to flip on and off without zapping his future abilities to reconnect his past efforts.
After he whips up a program that will automatically change the template features offered by a variety of hosting companies, he sits in front of his specially designed database he affectionately calls Project Black Cat and sifts through the various Address Sectors he’s been keeping track of for viability.
Now just supposed I inserted an image of a cocaine or heroin user at this point to juxtipose the mental process of seeking out viable entry points on the human skin with the computational processes this character zips his way through as he munches through a bag of chips. He knows he wants to slip his virtual slides in as many sectors as possible and for as long as possible, but without tripping any one of the tracking triggers searching for this type of script, or storyline, so he can constantly adjust his script to maximize his income potential 24/7.
So let’s get back to this Just Suppose storyline. He is one of the characters that knows not only how many traceable layers there are to this Virtual Identity Project II (or VIPII for short), but he knows how to skip shoot his signal off of so many other stationary pieces of technology, it doesn’t matter if any authoritative body has received a complaint on one of his compositions and matched it up with other complaints about other compositions of his. He knows he’s but one of many also running similar programs and scripts and there is only so much manpower that will ever be focused on this particular side of having an Internet in the first place.
At the time of this story, he decides to begin running projections of his identities associated with mortgages and banking. He knows there will be a few coins tossed into a few of his bigger, more reputable CollectionCases, since many of his more creative PayDayPortals have been quite productive n their own, such as his storefront that sells a variety of t-shirts and bumper stickers, which helps to camouflage his Project Black Cat efforts.
The Fact or Fiction Factor here is that although what I wrote in this last clump of text is fiction, these types of tactics are fact. In fact, a lot of people know these types of efforts are actually hapening all over the place.
In fact, every banking institution has to contend with a menu of scripts sometimes being delivered as a “Phishing Scheme,” while taking on the burden of the recorded losses associated with every success story a thief writes for themselves.
Another fact is that thieves know how to use pre-existing legends such as The Russian Business Network and the RockPhishGang because what is “The RBN” or “The RPG” is actually more of a strategy styled a very specific way, with very specific moves, typically because they operate within realms that use terms like Sectors and Grids and all of that other stuff far beyond my grasp.
In bringing this back down to Earth, dollar bills are more difficult to track simply because there are more in theoretical circulation and even with a website that allows visitors to enter a serial number and record they possessed a specific bill at a specific time and place, its all a numbers game. For example, one element of the algorithm is whether or not a Couch Criminal going to carry around pockets full of cash or instead use a credit card attached to an online and/or brick and mortar banking institution. In this particular storyling I was writing, it wouldn’t matter whether or not the financial theft ever turns up in the form of green and white cash, the traces of syphoning off funds from a variety of platforms is what the rest of the story would be about.
It would cover the jurisdictional issues involved with prosecuting these types of Couch Criminals. It would take the reader to all ends of legal spectrum of who should be provided Safe Harbor to clean up their own backyards and which ones should be held up as clear examples of what will not be tolerated when it comes to allowing the private sector to continue growing something that began as a complex military complex conducted by quite a few people across the planet for a variety of reasons.
A while back, I persuaded myself to believe in myself enough to become a Google Ad-Sense affiliate. I didn’t think I was going to have the address that attracted thousands of visitors a day, but when performing due diligence as to public opinion on the program, it seemed I might actually make a buck or two if I agreed to give up a certain amount of space on my page promoting items that in theory would be related to what it was I had written.
You don’t need the intimate details of how their program works, but you do need to understand that there is a severe downside to the advertisers, let alone to those who publish the code, such as what I was supposed to do. It also matters to me who is behind a website and I was concerned about how Google screened its advertisers.
You don’t need the intimate details of their screening process, but one only has to turn to the Income Strategy Known as Project Black Mask. There’s no pictures of the guy who is producing it, unless you buy a product that is offered by an “affiliate” and even then I can’t say for sure this person’s face shows up or if its just his voice over a series of slides. I did talk to The Affiliate selling the membership to the training materials on the phone a few times, but the end of the last call was not concluded with a bright tone to it. I don’t think he was thrilled about my wanting to know more about the person behind Project Black Mask, but that is just speculation on my part. I haven’t tried contacting him since I filed my complaints with the appropriate authorities about what I found, but I know he spent some time listening to my concerns because its on my phone records.
In light of the recent series of banking institution failures, this past research began to creep into my thoughts more and more frequently. Pay Per Click Fraud is a thick percentage of losses written off by everyone and its only one panel in the arsenol available to deceive. Each slick-looking mortgage and/or banking appearance that pops up onto someone’s server can deceive one or a million and I cannot stop wondering what percentage of these types of sites have contributed to this current “crisis” we are enduring. Identity theft is perhaps the most recognizable term for the general public, but as long as there is money to be made in the buying and selling of Internet real estate, these other scenarios can eventually lead to more crushing blows to these Paper-Built Pyramids known as IndyBank and the various stealth forms of Insider Trading that may be further preventable…if the stars perhaps align just right…or would that be if the buttons on the telephone are pushed in just the right combination.
Too many people remain blindly(?) enamoured by the idea that since something is “right here on the Internet for your convenience,” then it must be good for them and silence to the critics such as myself who want to tame the beast! “The Internet must be kept free and clear of all boundaries lest we become Permanent Victims of Controlled Silence,” or whatever the catch phrase is of the moment when it comes to the arguments in favor of keeping regulations away from the actions that transpire via the Internet.
And although the murderer who provided a bathtub filled with Kool-Aid for the “convenience” of a group of people is certainly a perverse path to carry such a harmless, political notion, I also know that statistically speaking, we still are being forced to put blinders on and feel our way through the dark when searching for that “someone” who did steal the thousands of social security numbers that ended up in the hands of sometimes 50 different people all with different intent, motive and tactics and created hundreds of consumer complaints across the world…talk about operating as a cell even though there was clearly a middle man! The point of the association is to clearly establish that just because something is “convenient,” it doesn’t mean it will bring us what it is we seek when we set out to acquire it.
I was planning to launch in August an expose on “Project Black Mask, An Open Assault On the Users of the Internet Via Google,” but with what is going on with the current FBI investigation into the inner operations IndyBank, I am definitely curious if the clumps of evidence held by Google directly associated with Pay Per Click fraud happen to match up with any accounts held at that bank. Frequently, those who pursue the path of PPC will have multiple accounts open in multiple banks to help lower the odds of being detected even by the best of forensic accountants and even Microsoft and Yahoo may have their own clumps of data to sift through. These companies have eyes and can tell whether or not a website is being intentionally used to defraud their affiliate structure…or even the affiliate structure of another provider. They also can pick up a phone and submit evidence of this type of fraud to the FBI or IC3, without a nucleus to peg the sort order of their databases, their clump of evidence means relatively nothing.
So if the IC3 Division has its act together and ready to go and if the various Attorney’s for the State are in a position to pursue and (here’s a really big IF) all local law enforcement sustain their itch to ensure a safe removal of a big chunk of this type of crime, the current investigative status of IndyBank’s books will bring forth at least a wealth of revalations as to just how much of an impact these types of crimes are truthfully having when it comes to unravelling the mystery of what else is contributing to this recession besides the more obvious explanations.
So to begin the launch of this series, I am going to leave you with some phrases you can copy/paste into the search engine of your choice so you can glance at what is known as Project Black Mask, although it goes under a lot of other names too and its association with what is known as Clickbank. You don’t even have to read anything but the search engine summaries to get a sense that something isn’t quite “right” about the whole thing:
Project Black Mask
Day Job Killer
Clickbank
And in bringing to a close this super-long entry, here’s a few snapshots of what is being advertised by the person(s) running the show known as Project Black Mask:

Boasting about having "secret knowledge" about how to "milk a loophole" doesn't even scratch the surface of what kind of damage these tactics cause across all service providers, including Yahoo, Microsoft, MSN and other search engine portals. My comments are in pink and green and I cropped off the claim that the site was being produced "From An Undisclosed Underground Location."

This catch phrase sounds like a call for anyone wanting to toy with Google technology will find an ally in Project Black Mask since you don't even need a real ski mask to perform the task. You can just play pretend.
So maybe perhaps one day this particular “just suppose for a moment” scenario might turn into more fact than fiction, but one thing is for sure…
I won’t be a bit surprised if the Feds find something funky with the financial funneling system known to us as IndyBank and I wouldn’t even be surprised if they have finally found a fair and square way to disconnect some of the fraudulent banking activities I know that have already been identified and verified by a variety of credible online reporting sources.
Could the IndyMacBank Collapse lead to a deflation of fraudulent financial activities? Will the Fed’s investigation motivate the top tier search engine providers to look at their own backyard to see what they can do to help evict some of the Couch Criminals who have staked their claim using something similar to Squatters Rights? What about the monitization and subsequent growth of Internet real estate in the form of buying and selling not just Internet addresses, but words themselves?
I’ll be digging through my old notes over the next few weeks and refreshing some of my research with more current data and who knows…
Fact or fiction aside, these types of “loopholes” are making a lot of people react in really Loopy Ways. So if you found Project Black Mask via the Valatrax Segway, PBM is but one of many collections of knowledge on how to super-charge your PPC revenues using tactics that violate a variety of rules and regulations already in place. Just read one of the User Agreements attached to any of the search engines and you’ll see that although they are not responsible for actual content, they also tend to have some set of rules prohibiting the intentional abuse of their services regardless of whether or not the abuse was designed to transfer wealth for any reason or purpose.
And now it’s time for me to temporarily collapse on the couch I am sleeping on tonight rather than trying to tip this particular 50/50 line of thought one way or another.
